Simple CRM

Simple CRM is a component for Joomla! 1.5 which allows basic tracking of clients, invoices, and payments. The target market is freelancers who want a simple but effective way to track their work.

Simple CRM is not a feature packed component, nor was it intended to be.

Features

  • Easily manage clients, invoices, and payments.
  • Create ongoing draft invoices while a project is in progress. Each time you work on a project you can add the hours to the invoice right away so that you don't forget.
  • Invoices can be published and unpublished. This is useful for ongoing invoices that you want to publish after a project is complete.
  • Published invoices can be viewed, saved, or paid by clients when they log in to the website front end.
  • Clients can view their complete invoice/payment history.
  • PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) integration so that payments are automatically posted instantly and reflected in the client's account.

Known Issues

  • "Save as PDF" feature does not render properly.
  • PayPal is the only payment processor supported and is required for proper functionality.

  • Fix the "Save as PDF" rendering.
  • Automatically e-mail invoices as PDF.
  • Managing client services.
  • Recurring transactions.
  • Tax handling.
